Still couldn’t actually get in despite my card being charged. Finally got in touch with someone through their Facebook page and got access Went to locker and it was full of spiders. Spider web had a small snake dead in it, so these spiders weren’t messing around. Called and cancelled at that point. Explained reason and they said “Okay”. No offer for refund. Not a fan. Maybe they are better if you know them personally as some seem to. read less
